In the Men Elite race, the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup – Benidorm Costa Blanca 2023 will have its own ‘big three’ battle. Wout van Aert, Mathieu van der Poel and Tom Pidcock will be the main attraction of an Elite category in which the general classification of the World Cup could be decided since the two riders with options to win it, Laurens Sweeck and Michael Vanthourenhout, have also confirmed that they will be traveling to the Costa Blanca.
This will be the last race of the season for the current world champion, Tom Pidcock, who will return to focus with his Ineos-Grenadiers teammates after the race in Benidorm to prepare the imminent start of the road season.
